We were correct about half the experiment. The top/head half of the planarian grew back into a full planarian and had a perfect tail. The bottom half was predicted to grow two heads. Although ours healed with a cytoplasm connecting the two organisms, and grew back to only form one head. This shows that the planarian also has good heeling capability, and that a head is much more complex and harder to regenerate.
